Dispatch Position Overview
We are always looking for an experienced Dispatchers to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for finding loads, negotiating rates, booking freight, and managing communication between drivers and brokers. We handle all the back-office work so you can focus on dispatching.
- Minimum 2 years of truck dispatching experience (OTR, regional, or local).
- Strong knowledge of U.S. freight lanes, equipment types, and market rates.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and multitask as well find solution to day to day issues.
- Excellent Computer proficiency (comfortable working with multiple screens i.e. monitors.
